Great game and great customer support!

My game had gotten stuck on a previous event before the Movie fever event, causing me to miss out on any new event that was going on. I contacted their support and Pekka had it sorted it out after two attempts! Not only was I able to do the new event, they helped me "catch up" by adding a few of the items required to unlock the special elite class and gave me Stamina potions!
